Order Processing & Shipping
Most products and services purchased through SMBLE PAY are processed and shipped within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of purchase and successful payment confirmation.

For purposes of this Shipping Policy, business days are defined as:

Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Weekends and recognized holidays are not considered business days and are not included in the 24–72-hour processing timeframe.
Example:
If an order is placed on Friday afternoon, the processing period will begin on the next business day, typically Monday, excluding any recognized holidays.

Digital products, wireless services, eSIM activations, SIM card activations, memberships, and account-related services are generally processed within the same 24–72 business hour timeframe unless otherwise specified.

SMBLE PAY shall not be liable for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or service delays caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
SMBLE PAY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
SMBLE PAY's responsibility is limited to properly processing and submitting shipments within the stated business processing period under normal operating conditions.
SMBLE PAY shall not be responsible for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages resulting from delayed shipments or delivery interruptions.
